What is your shipping policy?

Items will be shipped only after confirmation of payment.

Any item purchased will be shipped within 1–3 days from confirmation of the payment. Please allow us time to process your order, since we are just a 2-person team fulfilling your orders!

DOMESTIC

Currently we only support orders within the continental United States.

INTERNATIONAL

What is your return policy?

Unfortunately, we currently do not accept returns or exchanges.

***In cases of damage during the shipping process – we accept returns with an 100% refund to you on the item as long as we are provided photos of damaged goods within a maximum of 3-days after tracking has confirmed delivery to your location. Please note that damage claims after the 3-day maximum will not be accepted.

What is Mochi’s diet?

Mochi and Choco currently eat a mix of Darwins Raw Cat Food and Cat Person. Mochi does better on a completely raw diet, while Choco does better on a mix. We used to make their raw food but Choco had difficulties digesting a completely raw diet.

How old is Mochi?

She is 8! Mochi and Choco’s birthday is on June 30th.

What breed is Mochi?

We’re not sure since she is a rescue!

Why frogs?

We’re not sure either! They’re just her favorite toy!

Do you brush Mochi’s teeth?

We brush Choco’s teeth and Mochi’s teeth almost every day.

Where is Mochi from?

Mochi and Choco were originally adopted in Utah. She and her family are now living in Portland, Oregon!

Why do you use pine litter?

Pine litter is more eco-friendly than conventional clay litter. Our cats also tracked less litter around when we made the switch to pine litter. However, every kitty is different and we’ve found this works best for our household.
